Article 1 : Subject matter / Definition

You have booked a hotel of Alhior on www.alhior.com.
Then, you have found a less expensive room on another website with the same conditions within 2-hour of booking time and 72 hours prior to arrival. You will benefit from a refund of the price difference and a discount of 10% on the first night of your next stay in a Alhior Hotel.
Article 2 : Applicability requirements

The Best Price Guarantee is applicable in the following context :
- To have booked one or more rooms in one of Alhior hotels on the website www.alhior.com
- To have a confirmation number given while confirming your booking
- To have filled the Best Price Guarantee online form on www.alhior.com
2.1 Rates
The Best Price Guarantee is not applicable in the following contexts :
Packages (night including other services such as visits, catering, VIP welcome…)
Negociated rates with companies or travel companies or partners
Our team will verify your request. At this precise moment, the same room type must be available on the other website. The offer found, once verified, will be applied to your booking and payable at departure time.
2.2 Stay features
The Best Price Guaranteed is applicable only with the same stay dates in the same property.
For reservations including several nights, the Best Price Guarantee is applied on a one-night-basis and not on a stay basis.
2.3 Selling conditions
The Best Price Guaranteed is applied if the selling conditions are the same as the booked rate on www.alhior.com such as :
- Payment method
- Deposit policy
- Cancellation policy
- Modification policy
Article 3 : Application procedure

3.1 : To fill the form
You fill in the online form. All required fields must be completed. Our reservation team will receive it and will verify your request. All requests which are incomplete will not be taken into account.
3.2 Timeframe
You fill in the online form at the latest 2 hours after your booking on www.alhior.com and at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
3.3 Processing
After verifying your request, you will receive an email to either :
- confirm the applicability of the Best Price Guarantee. You must show this confirmation at your arrival on the concerned property.
- Deny the request of the Best Price Guarantee because of the non-compliance to the guarantee.
If the reservation team has not answered your request before your stay, you will have to pay the total amount of your reservation. You will have 10 days to renew your request : if all the Best Price guarantee conditions are fulfilled, we will refund you of the price difference.
For all reservation cancelletion done on www.alhior.com, the cancellation policy applied is the one written on your reservation.
Article 4 : Liability

The Alhior group denies all liability for the possible charges following your reservation, for all reservations done on the website www.alhior.com . ALHIOR HOTELS & RESORTS reserves the right to modify or end the Best Price Guarantee and its applicability at any time without notice.
