HOW TO JOIN US ?

There are 4 steps to join us :

Step 1: decision and acceptance
– Personal interviews ; advising phase
– First quality inspection on site concerning minimum standards, hygiene and maintenance.

Step 2: contract and online distribution channels
– Data collection of the hotel and integration in our systems : PMS, GDS, reservation system, webpage on Alhior’s website (10-day timeframe) ;
– Assitance with the team, Alhior’s standards and tools presentation.

Step 3: implementation of the brand
– In the following 3 months, all products (print, sign-board, signs) which have the hotel name will be adding the name and logo of Alhior.
– A visit will be organized to check the standards application, guarantee of quality for the clients.

Step 4: checking and follow-up on the brand and standards implementation
– A mystery visit will be done periodically to evaluate the quality standards and to audit the property (concerning product quality, welcome, services offered)
