It all began in 2014, when I was General Manager of a third-party hotel group of 45 properties, I decided to quit in order to have my own properties and to create Alhior. I needed to be in line with my « first crush », the operations, and to see hospitality as a place where profit and and human respect can coexist.
My philosophy, freedom to be, to create, to work. That’s what I tell my employees who have followed me and trusted me. Freedom has a price : the price of will, of boldness, of courage and of constant self-questioning.

After more than 25 years of operational experience in hotel management, I want to help you, owners and independant hotels, to improve your revenue and results. I began my career in the kitchens, catering being my passion. I later progressed to hospitality with the same passion. I climbed the corporate ladder and worked in all possible positions in a hotel to finally become hotel director, regional director and general manager of a hotel group where I managed administration, operational and sales teams.
We are men and women of experience who have a management and field expertise. A dynamic and targeted sale strategy for each property is our asset to improve your revenue. We help you, train the team to bring the wanted quality to better reach the client’s expectations.
To improve performances of each of our properties:
