Florence Schaefer, Chief Executive Officer
Since 25 years, hospitality and catering are my passions. I began my career very young in catering. As a consequence, I worked in all the possible functions of a hotel-restaurant. I climbed the corporate ladder to become Hotel director, multi-site Director and Director of a hotel group of 40 hotels. Close to the teams, I help hotels with their operations.
Patrick Gouyet, CFO
With a Master degree in finance, he became CFO of a international trade company. Then, he specialized in the takeover and the restructuring of distressed businesses to finally managing a consulting company (specialized in finance) while obtaining a master degree in asset management. This last experience allowed him to master the various tools of fund raising for companies.
His role in the company: He participates in the choosing of the products, in assuring financial plans, in assessing targeted properties, in setting up the fund raising tools, in assuring the cash management and the follow-up of the company’s general and analytical accounting.
Group Revenue & E-commerce Manager
Her role in the company: Referencing on the distribution systems. Analysis, set up and follow-up of the pricing policies applied to each site. Implementation of promotional offers, packages and other rates to boost the revenue, on a local and national level. Follow-up of each property’s e-reputation with the hotel director, referencing on the wholesalers, tour operators platforms for each property that can welcome groups.
Sales, Marketing & Communication department
Field sale representatives of several properties, graphic designer for marketing and press agent. Their role in the company:
– Marketing: implementation of the sales documents for the brand and for the hotels. Proposal and presentation of the brochures for stays with several activities for each hotel
– Communication: group (press, magazine) and helps the hotels in their local communication strategy (newsletters, offers)
– Sales: development of Corporate and MICE markets on a local and national level for each property. Development of event, sports and cultural markets.
